Q. Why don’t I see any prices online?
A. If you don’t see any retail prices, then that particular product is not available direct-to-consumer. If you are a retailer and want to see wholesale prices, you must be logged in as a retailer.
Q. Why is the product I want not available through you?
A. We offer a limited selection of our products direct to customer. Our other products can be purchased through our online retailers. Under each product description, you can view which retailers currently carry that product. Or you can go to our store locator to shop online or to find a store near you. You can find many of our products at finer department stores, natural food groceries and baby product stores.
Q. Are the products that appear on your website the same as those found on other sites and in stores?
Q. What if the i play.® retailer near me doesn’t carry the item I want?
Many of our products are available direct-to-customer. Check our product section for availability. Unfortunately there are some products that are NOT available direct-to-customer.
Q. Can I get a catalog?
A. We are primarily a wholesale company and do not have a retail catalog. We do offer a limited selection of our products online direct-to-customer.
Q. How do I make a purchase?
A. After you have added the products you want to your cart, go to checkout and fill out shipping, billing and payment information. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for future purchases.
Q. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
A. While we do not offer international shipping we do have a list of retailers in our store loactor where you may purchase our products.
Q. I didn’t purchase the right size. Can I exchange it? Can I return a gift?
A. If you did not make your purchase directly through us, you will need to contact the store you bought it at to do an exchange or return. If you purchased your item directly through us, please contact us at email@example.com with your purchase information.
Q. Are all your products just for babies? What about parents?
A. Not all of our products are just for babies. We carry products that help parents with their babies. We regularly add new products we think you’d like to see, like food preparation items and diaper bags.
Q. What is so special about using organic cotton?
A. Grown without use of toxins, synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, organic cotton is the safest, healthiest fabric available – especially for allergy-sensitive babies.
Q. What does “BPA” mean?
A. “BPA” is Bisphenol-A, a chemical used in hard, clear plastics like polycarbonate baby bottles to prevent breakage. In 2006 we learned that BPA disrupts reproductive functions and causes other developmental problems along with heart disease and diabetes, so we discontinued all BPA bottles from our line. All of our products are BPA-free. For more details, click here.
Q. What does “PVC” mean?
A. “PVC” or PolyVinyl Chloride is a hard plastic that requires harsh chemical softeners, such as phthalates, for use in soft plastic baby items such as waterproof bibs. In 2003 we discovered that certain phthalates were shown to disrupt reproductive functions and cause other developmental problems, so we removed all PVC and the known harmful phthalates from our bibs and all of our products.
Q. I’ve heard waterproof rainwear is made with harmful PVC. Are yours?
A. No. PolyVinyl Chloride (PVC) is a hard plastic that requires harsh chemical softeners for use in products like raincoats. In 2003 we discovered that these softeners, called phthalates, were shown to disrupt reproductive functions and cause other developmental problems, so all of our products are PVC-free, including our raincoats, rain ponchos, rain boots, umbrellas and other items.
Q. What is EVA?
A. Ethylene vinyl acetate (also known as EVA) is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. EVA is widely accepted as safe for use in teethers. It doesn not require a plasticizer to obtain its flexibility, making it bisphenol-A and phthalate free. The Center for Health, Environment and Justice (CEHJ) recommends EVA as a safer PVC-free plastic alternative.
Q. How do I know your products are safe for my baby?
A. All of our products meet CPSIA, FDA & ASTM F963 safety standards for the US. This means all of our products are thoroughly tested. Please know that we take the safety of all children and your family very seriously. We use no PVC, phthalates, BPA or any other known toxin in any of our products.

A. We have polypropylene feeding bottles, as well as silicone ones, both in 4 oz. and 8 oz. All of our bottles, cups and feeding accessories are free of BPA, PVC and nitrosamines.

A. We have a handy chart that describes your baby’s stage in age and behavior and list recommendations. See our Size Charts section or Bottles & Bibs guide for more details.
Q. What is a flip pocket bib?
