Return Policy

If you wish to return an item due to a change in mind about the purchase,
i play.® will offer an exchange or refund provided that:


• You return the item within 60 days of purchase

• The item is in resalable condition including that:
        a. It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals
        and all accessories;
        b. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original
        condition; 
        c. Any sew-in labels are still attached

• If an item is returned for any other reason other than a defect, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged back a restocking fee of the greater amount of 5% of the total returns or $10.

• We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).



Damaged and Defective Merchandise:


• Defective or damaged merchandise purchased at i play. may be returned within 60 days of the original delivery provided: 
        a. The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality
        b. The product is not fit for its intended purpose

• A purchase order number or lot number will be required when submitting a request for credit of damaged or defective products

• Credit will not be issued for goods which are counter damaged, shopworn, or damaged in transit.

i play.® will cover the shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error
